Health Equity International

St. Boniface Hospital’s Maternal and Neonatal Health (MNH) Center officially opened in spring 2015. Moving from a single delivery room to the bright, airy, 14,000 square foot MNH Center was a welcome and much-needed transition for SBHF’s OB/GYN staff.

Gardens for Health International

Urayeneza Leonile is a proud mother of four: two older boys and a pair of twins- one boy, one girl. When they were quite young, Urayeneza started to worry about her twins.

Interim Reporting

The interim financial and evaluation materials will be emailed to the organization well in advance of the reporting due date. For one-year grants, interim reports are due 30 days after the mid-point of the grant. For multi-year grants, interim reports are due 30 days after the completion of each year of the grant term. For multi-year grants, the subsequent grant payment will be given after the interim reports have been reviewed by the Foundation.

Final Reporting

As with interim reports, the Foundation will email the final financial and evaluation report materials in advance of the reporting due date. Final report materials are due 60 days after the grant end-date. The last grant payment will be paid once the final reports have been reviewed by the Foundation.

Program, Financial, and Time Extension Requests

Please inform us as early as possible about any potential program, budget, or timeline changes. Most modifications can be accommodated if the Foundation is given justified and advanced notice.
